From obituaries of Lucinda and Albert (from Doris Bard - 1994)
"After their marriage they moved to (A/E)lmira, Mich., where they
resided tow and one-half years. They then moved to Twin Valley, Minn.,
where they lived on a farm for 13 years.
After that they moved to Bonair where Mr. Albertson served as
postmaster for many years. Mrs. Albertson acted as postmistress during
his last illness and after his death made her home with her daughters."

her and her sibs - oldest and youngest born in Iowa-the rest born around
Gary, MN, date and place of her marriage; she grew up in the Cresco, IA
area. She knew Ray, Charles (both meat cutters), and their mother - Aunt
Min - Jeffers at Ft. Dodge. Grandfather Hunter was said to be
Pennsylvania Dutch.
June 1991 - Visit to Doris Bard; met Mala. Many addresses for
descendants of Sarah Lucinda.
1910 census; IA, Howard Co, Howard Center Twp. lists Albert (47-mar
25-IA-Norway) and Lucinda S. (46-ch7,6-IA-PA-IL) Albertson with Henry
E. (20-MN), Elviy C. (15-MN), Mala R. (10-MN) and Theodore G. (4-IA).
1870 census - Winnishiek Co., IA - Orleans Twp., P.O. Cresco or
Bluffton - lists Albert and Christina Albertson -both born in Norway-
with 5 children ages 11 to 1 all born in Iowa.
Marriage - Decorah, Winneshiek Co, IA certifies that on 23rd Aug
1884, Albert ANDERSON (License return lists Abertson) and Miss Sarah L.
Hunter were married at the house of Dunois BEMAN by R.H. Gibson, JP.
