Notes
In his early life, he lived withg his grandfather, Joseph Harper. He became
one of the leading citizens of E. Windsor; built and occupied a house two miles
west of the Scantic meeting house, lived later in the north part of E. Windsor.
He possessed a high order of executive abilityu and was prominent in town
affairs and politics.
