[S147] Obituary Death of Mrs. Campbell Wednesday was laid away all that earth could pure woman, whose name the students of the past will school memories endure. The guiding hand of indeed on those sorrowing friends and bereaved ones, sympathy is felt among all and regret that she who favored one of our number should be called from us. Campbell, of Urbana, while visiting at Silver Creek, was taken sick and steadily grew worse until on died. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Wednesday, conducted in a most impressive manner by Campbell, her former pastor. The Philo society, of efficient member, attended the funeral in a body. an exquisite floral pillow. Mame E. Wannamaker was born March 21, 1869, at Mahoning county, Ohio. She fist came to Ada to enter the second fall term of 1887. Casting her lot with she became one of its most earnest workers. Being musical talents, no social occasion seemed complete participation. Thus she became known to all, and her character made a wide circle of friends. She was 1890, to John A. Campbell, then a photographer of the spring of 1892 they removed to Urbana, O. Mrs. is a shock hard indeed to bear. As God hath given, away one whose life was a benediction on us all.
